The Supreme Court issued its decision in the Arizona business license/e-Verification law of 2007 and by a 5-3 margin has upheld the law. For my 9th year H1-B visa extension, i want to use the premium processing. All the attorney fee and any other expenses will be paid by my company. I want to pay only the $1000 for premium processing. Is this legal ? Can the attorney attach my $1000 check signed by me, to the visa extension application with all other paperwork and send it to BCIS ?
If this is not legal what are my options ?
Please let me know.

HI,
My wife is going to India and She has to get her H4 stamped again(I am on H1 and received my next 3 year extension and so did my wife).
My parents are also planing to visit me. Should I book my wife's appointment along with my parent's appointment , or should I book 2 different appointments one for my wife and one for both my parents.

While filling my biographical information form (I-325a) I forgot to add one of my residential address which was in a different city where I stayed only for 2 months. I was wondering will that be a major issue?
I remember this is the address I gave when I got a job and they did a background check on me. If there are any repercussions how do I rectify the solution, can some one please respond?

I have just started a thread to ask if there is any need to call our local senators for co-sponsoring S.3084 ( Barbara Boxer), which is identical bill in Senate for HR 6039.
Is core working to get similar bills for HR.5882 and HR 5921 to get introduced in Senate?
If the question is inappropriate at this time then kindly close the thread.

I have an approved 140 with Sept 2005 PD
I have an I 140 and I 485 filed with Dec 2006. There is an RFE on this. I want to interfile I 485 with the approved I 140. Is there a possibility and if so what needs to be done.
I have submitted the response to the I 140 RFE. May be I will get a response in 2-4 weeks.
However, if the I 140 gets denied can I still Interfile my 485 with ealrier approved 140?
What are the options open for me to keep my 485 alive?

You can interfile, the current 485 can be changed to approved 140 (eb3)
or
You can port the approved 140 priority date to the current 140 (eb2).

Guys,
I filed our AP & EAD on August 10th with proof of 485 filing/delivery confirmation.
We got our receipt notices for AP 131 but unfortunately they have rejected our EAD 765 for incorretc filing fee of $180.
They written a notice saying the correct filing fee after July 30th is $340.
But for July VB is'nt the filing fee $180?
I have got back my entire documents packet for 765.
What should I do now? Should I resend the packet with a letter saying that I come under July VB? or should I send a new check for $340? Anybody gone thru similar experiences? Pls help.

The Hyderabad Consulate will probably only service AP applicants.If a person from pune tries to bypass that office and wishes to get the work done at Hyderabad merely to expedite,the Hyderabad office may even summarily reject the application.Take your chances but be

wow...you are the man. What were you doing till the last min. I am not sure how you can do that. But from day after tomorrow, you are simply out of status. Contact your company's attorney ASAP. It will take aleast ten days to prepare the papers. My opinion is don�t screw up trying to file yourself. Because you are running out of time...
